Main Function and Usage

• GWA-1000D, a computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo steel strand testing machine, is dedicated to the mechanical property test of prestressed steel strand. It can measure the tensile strength Rm, the specified plastic extension strength Rp0.2, the elastic modulus E and the maximum force elongation of the steel strand. In addition, it is equipped with a special lengthening clamp to ensure that the middle of the sample is broken, so as to further improve the success rate of the test. The tensile strength, non-proportional elongation strength, elastic modulus, elongation and other mechanical properties of the steel strand can be measured.
